One tag. One continuous journey.

Tap the tag. Trace the journey.

TRACRS makes first-mile traceability practical with mobile phones, farmer cards and smart tags that cost only a few cents.

Product

Most evidence starts too late. TRACRS starts at the purchase.

A farmer card, a smart tag and a confirmed transaction create the first record downstream systems need.

Farmer card

Identifies the person

Smart tag

Identifies the bag or lot

Confirmed purchase

Buyer and seller confirm the event

Evidence trail

Reports and passports use the record

Pilot kit

A practical pilot kit, not a heavy infrastructure project.

TRACRS can start with ordinary smartphones, low-cost smart tags, smart cards and optional smart readers for bulk inventory. Phones capture farmer, purchase and custody events. Smart tags give each bag or lot a durable identity. Cards identify farmers, agents and programs. Smart readers help aggregation points, warehouses and mills count many tagged bags quickly. The software keeps working offline and synchronises when connectivity returns.

Smart tags

Individual bag identity and bulk inventory control.

Each bag can carry a phone-readable identity for field work, while bulk scanning supports aggregation points, warehouses, mills and loading bays where teams need to receive, count or dispatch many tagged bags quickly.

Tap

Identify one bag

A field operator taps a smart tag with a phone to view or update the specific bag, lot, receipt or passport record.

Bulk scan

Count many bags

Aggregation points and warehouses can scan groups of tagged bags for receiving, inventory, dispatch and loading checks.

Offline

Keep working

If there is no signal, the device records the event locally as pending sync. Connectivity can return hours or days later.

Control

Confirm the event

Raw RFID reads stay observations until an authorized operator confirms a receiving, custody or dispatch action.

Customers

One field record. Useful across the chain.

Cooperatives, traders, mills, exporters and brands can work from the same permissioned evidence trail.

ROASTERS AND BRANDS

Inspect evidence before it becomes a claim.

Inspect origin evidence before making claims.

Trust

Traceability travels. Personal data does not.

Origin, custody, purchase and consent evidence can support reports and product passports while names, prices and precise locations stay controlled.
