Agronomy source library

Manuals first.
Answers second.

TRACRS can collect coffee and cocoa agronomy manuals into a governed Drive library before any field guidance is shown to farmers. Every manual needs source, rights and agronomist review before it can support advice.

What this is

A governed source library for field guidance.

Manual upload is the start of a controlled evidence process. The Drive folder houses source documents; TRACRS uses review status, copyright permissions and agronomist sign-off to decide whether a manual can support agronomy advice that farmers access in the TRACRS app.

What we collect

Official coffee and cocoa manuals, field-training modules, extension notes and source URLs from recognized publishers.

Why it matters

Farmers should receive source-backed, country-aware guidance inside the TRACRS app, not improvised generic crop advice.

What happens next

Each manual is stored, checked for copyright and reuse rights, reviewed by an agronomist and only then considered for the app's approved answer corpus.

Submit a manual

Add the source.
Preserve the provenance.

Use this intake to collect official manuals, training modules and extension documents from ministries, research bodies, coffee boards, cocoa boards and approved program partners. If reuse permission is not already clear, submit the manual for rights review rather than app ingestion.

Manuals are stored in a controlled review library. TRACRS records source, permission status, agronomist review and approval history before any material can support farmer-facing advice.
